Starting Off

Right now i am currently 190 lbs (sad face) and height of
5"7-8. I was 200 lbs before but i lost it because i gained a little bit of height. I don't know exercises people do to lose extreme weight i just run like 30 minutes whenever i have time. I would like some names of exercises to do, what to eat, and others. I am a noob when it comes to dieting and exercising because i just eat whatever my mom gives me. I am a high school student going to college soon so its hard to keep a good diet.
Currently : Breakfast = school food
                 Lunch = school food
                 Dinner = vegies/meat no rice plus soup
